Kentucky carry?

You can Open Carry in Kentucky, no permit required. however, local LEO's don't always see it that way. that is STRAIGHT from my CCW iphone app.

With a permit, it is no issue whatsoever.

I use a radar detector (Valentine One) so haven't got caught. It saved me from a speed trap in Ashland. Two LEO parked right after the speed limit changed. Pissed me off that they would right there where the signage changed.
