I miss the classic country songs!! I watched the country music awards this year, they have implemented rap music into the country songs now!! Play that crap backwards and see what happens!!

When I resided in eastern Indiana there was a little tavern right over the state line in Ohio. Crappy little joint that I loved to spend Friday and Saturday night in. Every Sat. night at mid-night someone plugged in the tune I referenced above. The entire Bar would sing every word to the tune. We all got pretty good at our harmony's and such.
That was another life a long, long time ago.

I have to keep changing the radio station because of this. There seem to be a few songs out there now that are being played every time I try to listen to the radio. Very irritating.

Kinda like the 70's, I spent that whole last half of the decade avoiding the Bee Gees on the radio!!

I'd like to know how many local bands I've heard play "Gi'me three steps" in how many little red-neck bars back in the day.
