For the record, I do not still have the charger r/t. I went to something with 4 wheel drive but after the move 4 wheel drive is not important any longer. The only bmws I like are the m series which is very pricy. I'm looking to be ~25k with not more then ~30k miles

My last employer had always driven a Cadillac. He then switch to a BMW and when I asked him about getting something different said he would never go back. There was absolutely no comparison in his opinion, and this was from a guy who could afford anything he wanted to drive.

This. At least do yourself a favor and test drive one.

Which is more important to you, the luxury or the performance?

The Infiniti is a really nice car and looks like you can get what you are looking for in your price range.

You might be able to find a Taurus SHO too.

The Taurus would be bigger. The Infiniti would be nicer.

These are my last two cars. I had an '09 G37x and have a '13 SHO. Both were and have been good cars and I would highly recommend either. I suggest you go out and start test driving.

My Accord V-6 goes 0-60 in 6.1 seconds and gets highway mileage in the mid thirties. Way more bells and whistles than I need. Not bad for $28K. If I moved up it would be either Jaguar, Mercedes, or BMW. Just can't justify any of those being worth twice what I paid for the Honda.

Of your two choices, I think the Cadillac is going to be better for longer than the Chrysler.

If you don't care about the pride of the badge, the Hyundai Genesis is an excellent value.
