There is enough vague language in this to allow just about whatever those who happen to be in charge feel like doing. And if TSHTF it's not worth the paper it's printed on. Trust your government at your own risk.
If you want to put a negative spin on it you are a hoarder. If you want to be able to shoot when you want you are being prudent. Be prudent and buy it when you find it. We have no idea what is coming down the road at us. The last thing I heard is they have a bill that is wanting to tax ammo by 50%.
If you can't get rid of the guns, get rid of the ammo or make it so costly that only the rich can afford it.
I and the lil wifey like to shoot, we cannot if we dont have ammo, so I buy in bulk when I can, and replace what we have shot lately. I wouldnt call it hoarding, but your just on more incident away from another dry spell.
If you are using it, then it is not hoarding. Hoarding is when you stockpile to just be stockpiling. Just to be able to look at and go "My precious, my precious"!
