It's suggested to bring targets and a stapler that is capable of going into plywood. Stapler isn't a huge concern as usually others will have one, but it certainly helps. Targets are highly recommended or else you'll be aiming at a large piece of plywood or someone else's leftover targets. If you are needing to zero, I'd recommend your own so you'll know you have a good target for it.Here's what I'm bringing. This is weather permitting. I'm a fat old retired guy now. I don't play in the rain anymore...
1. Red dot equipped Rossi 92 in .44 mag. Don't have much ammo to spare. I'll bring some, d.kaufman has kindly offered to bring some as well. (Thanks again)
2. Lee Enfield No4 Mk1, also red dot equipped, and I'll have 100 rds of .303 British with this, so several people can get a crack at it.
3. My Spanish Mauser Scout Rifle (7x57) I'll also have a 100 rounds of 7mm Mauser for this. Just got the scope mount repaired from a stripped screw though, so it needs re-zeroed first.
4. 10/22 Charger Takedown. This has the Copper Custom adapter with a folding brace, and a Nikon P223 1-4. Should be a fun little toy... We raffled off one like it at the VFW, but I have yet to put a single round through mine.
Do we need targets like we were coming to the range on our own?
I really hope this doesn't become true! Has a time been set for the meetup, weather permitting?50% chance of rain.View attachment 132068
