Why would a police officer know you're carrying a firearm? Are you OCing? Is it in your glovebox, on top of your registration?

If they ran your License Plate and Name on Registration - you LTCH is Linked in the Computer system - some will ask IF you are "carrying"

True, however you don't have to answer the question. And, I believe Pinner v. State says that mere presence of a firearm, without any other circumstances, doesn't give law enforcement RAS to check for a valid LTCH. I would assume since the LTCH is no longer required, it wouldn't give them RAS to see if you're a proper person.

Theres some constitutional states that arent listed if your looking at the reciprocal map

I believe you are correct. You get 37 with the Utah and Arizona non-resident permits.
