Don't know the attorney who wrote that specifically, but I have several friends at that firm, including one of my former partners who I taught "Medicine, Bio-Ethics and the Law" with for 10 years. For doing something that was perfectly legal when they did it?So say those two bills pass but some employers have already required employees to be vaccinated. Could the employee go after the employer?
You think the guys making fake ID's will start forging vaccination documents? lol
At a certain point, only maybe Hillsdale won't require it.At my oldest son's freshman orientation the people in charge behaved badly, like control freaks, causing us to leave. It's not a stretch to see the university demanding and getting what it wants regardless. My advice, college is expensive, send your kids elsewhere.

If your employer requires it and you have an adverse reaction, is there a workman's compensation claim to be made? Is it a work related injury?
Never heard of that one.
