Idiots and near idiots with firearms

I know the net is full of this stuff but it never ceases to amaze me how idiots nearly always survive. Note the WOOO at the end of the vid, what RSOs referred to as Blind leading the blind training. What the most amazing/troubling vids you've seen?

The very first time I ever shot a gun was as a teenager. I was handed an automatic pistol by the uncle of a friend with no instruction whatsoever. I proceeded to rip the skin off of the web of my hand when the slide recoiled, something I didn't know would happen. The ***hat at least had the decency not to laugh as blood went everywhere, but it is surprising that I ended up becoming a gun owner anyway.

When I worked at an indoor range on more than a few occasions people would hand me back a rental pistol with blood on it from this same scenario.

After proper instruction, I like to start someone off with ONE round in the gun.

Then if the person is an idiot/failed to listen/etc. the potential for disaster is mitigated.
