No. Cats are individualists. Dogs, now those are collectivists.

I think you are mistaken. Cats believe they are at the top of the progressive/socialist/communist pile. Everyone else works for them. Those systems always for for the creatures at the top.

Maybe. I like cats okay, but only if they're someone else's. I've kinda admired their sort of you do your thing I'll do mine attitude. But my dogs are always like in my face.

In some ancient cultures, cats were revered as gods. The cats have never forgotten this. :)

And it worked out so well for those ancient cultures? Just sayin':p

Maybe not for the cultures, but the cats are still here... Just sayin'! :):

The difference between cats and dogs...

Dog: "My humans provide me with food, water, shelter, affection... they must be gods!"

Cat: "My humans provide me with food, water, shelter, affection... I must be a god!"

They obviously don't consider you a member of their staff. Yet.

Our cats high and mighty attitudes quickly changed when our border collie came to live with us. Oh how those cats hate that dog, dog doesn't seem to care what they think of her. The dog is definitely not a democrat, she puts in an honest days work, keeping the yard clear of groundhogs, moles, birds, whatever....the cats do occasionally get a mouse, but I've even seen the dog step in and kill a mouse when the cats were taking too long.

Would it be wrong for me to suggest that you have a costume party at your house and dress all the cats as mice?
