So if they are collecting and transporting aid to be distributed to their personally selected local aid orgs (churches, etc), and the Sheriff confiscates it to distribute it "following protocol", isnt that criminal conversion?

In my mind that is no different than him taking supplies out of a walmart truck to add to his pool of supplies.

I probably would have ended up in jail if that were me on the ground instead of Linda (?). And how do you steal your own aid supplies? WTF???

BTW, at 9:41 in the video, it looks like the piece of **** pops his head in the door while the piece of **** town manager Olivia Stewman was running interference.
