I loaded up a hundred rounds of 9mm with mspp a while back to see if I could tell a difference. Between spp and mspp I was getting pretty comparable velocity and feel going from low to high charge weights.

With a mild pistol load that isn’t a bubba’s pissin hot load way above max published, I wouldn’t think twice. With rifle, I’d prob drop a half grain and test velocity if I had developed the load with non-magnum primers. I’ve never done a side by side, but I do believe I’ve ended up with very similar powder charges on rifle.

Any idea how much extra power I'm looking at with 9mm 147gr on top of Titegroup? (probably 3.4gr if memory serves) I'm pretty sure I've shot some just based on the odds and I dont recall feeling anything out of the ordinary.
9mm, 147gr and 3.3gr Titegroup with Rem Mag Primers is my load for my Glock. Been shooting this for years with no issues. A few years back I got a fantasy deal on small mag pistol primers.

I light load for my little granddaughters.
    2.6 gr Hp-38, 358-120 with standard primers.
    2.4 gr Hp-38 358-120 with mag primers.
    No problems since I started.
