I could not resist bulding a glock 18 from a gen 3 17 9mm and that thing does not like to be dirty I have to clean it every 500 rnds or so when out shooting or it gets real sluggish.
I thought that was just for if you ran out of boooolits.
all the real glock owners raise what is left of their right hand... could not resist.. glocks are ok, but used to work at a professional reloader and could not tell you how many light firing pin strikes we would see on primers from departments with glocks. or parts of those early .40 glocks that we made several sets of book ends out of when they blew up. 5 in a year, but that was with federal hydro shocks. tried to blame the reloads except most had the factory hydro shock bullet in the barrel.. oops
a coup
my carry gun is a sig .40 and never ever has any kind of issues with it.

If I wasn't, I would either NOT carry, or buy a NEW one ..... S&W, says it all ..... JMHO,How confident are you that if you ever had to pull your carry gun and press the trigger it would go bang?
If I didn't think it would work I wouldn't carry it.
