No, that's the south end of the Bahia Honda bridge. It was already out of use when we lived there in the late '70's early '80's. Back in the day we'd climb out on the lowest level of the trestle super structure and jump in but you had to make sure it was high tide otherwise you'd bounce off the bottom. I've seen guys go off the upper deck, don't know how they survived.
