Hey, Tavor Guys... TAR Podium Bipod!

What happens when the designer of the Tavor designs a bipod for the Tavor? As you can guess, it's pretty damn awesome:

Zahal.org has these, shipping from Israel. I have one coming for $87.60 with 5-7 business day shipping with a 10%-off coupon from RetailMeNot. I'm not sure if they're available in the USA yet.

I can't imagine why any Tavor owner wouldn't want this. Hell, the way it disappears when not deployed, it should be standard equipment on new Tavors. Cbhausen ordered one, too. We'll update with a review once we've tried them out.

I just got my shipping notification. My TAR Podium in FDE is on its way from Israel and I should have it in about a week.

Note: I tried $74.95 for the hell of it and the offer was accepted so any of you with black Tavors should be able to get it for that or cheaper. Go for it!

We both got these today... We haven't installed them yet, but they're very nice. They should equip all Tavors with these from the factory, or, better yet, incorporate these features into the rifle itself. More to come...
