    Core an apple.
    Place it in a bowl.
Stuff the center with cinnamon and sugar(1/4 cup sugar 2 teaspoons of cinnamon).
Add 1/3 a cup of water to the bowl(not the center of the apple, the bowl).
Microwave for 1.5 to 3 minutes depending on microwave and how firm you like your cinnamon apples(not to long,if all the water is gone it was to long).
    Let cool.
Cut up and eat.You may save a little sugar and cinnamon mix to sprinkle on the pieces.

    Enjoy.

    Pineapple sandwich.

Open one can of pineapple rings.
Wrap the rings in sliced ham(thin cut honey baked ham from a deli works well).
Pin the ham in place with whole cloves.
Bake at 350 for 6 minutes.
Butter your bread, add cheese(we can debate the type of cheese for days, lets just call it personal preference),and pull your pineapple slices from the oven(remove cloves).
    Add the slices.
Grill as you would a grill cheese.

Honey mustard or horse radish may be added prior to grilling(personal taste).

If you want to get crazy saute some crushed garlic cloves in the pan and add them to the sandwich prior to grilling.

What was I thinking.I am so sorry.
Skip the ham step(i know it takes an extra 6 minutes).
Just add bacon instead prior to grilling(still include pineapple).
It should end up looking like this....but this is INGO...so with more bacon.

How about both. Do the entire thing after frying up some good bacon. Add said bacon when final assembly of sammich. Toast as directed in the original steps.
