Already have the LPK with OD Green MOE grip. Threw a little crayon in the roll marks for some flair.

I'm thinking 5.56 in a 10.5" barrel with a free float of some sort, with Magpul OD Green XTM panels and hand stop (if I go with a quad rail). I will most likely get a barrel with the A2 FSB and cut it down myself and float the tube over it. I was looking into a Rock River for that.

This will be my 3rd AR build, but first where I build the upper.

Probably going with a KAK dedicated SB15 tube with either the SB15 or SBX brace, and a Magpul ASAP plate.

Already have a Primary Arms Micro to top it off with, just need to get an absolute co-witness mount.

Excited to get this one going, as money permits, after the holidays.

My thoughts have been turning to the M9 more and more. I was issued one as an US Army M1A1 tank crewmember some 20 years ago. Qualified with it in OSUT at Knox and then again at Ft. Hood. Carried it in a shoulder rig, without ammo, in the field for weeks at a time. About everytime I walk into a Gander Mountain or Cabela's, I ask to see it.

Crap....time to save my pennies again....

I'm in the same boat, missing the M9 I traded last year. I am going to have to change that next year.

Thank you. Coming from someone with a nice collection like yourself, that compliment is greatly appreciated. The LCR replaced the P-07 that I traded for it. I loved the P-07, but badly wanted a pocket BUG with some serious firepower and the LCR fit the bill. I bought the P-07 on impulse anyways, because I really wanted a P-09 or SP-01 Tactical. So those two are still in the want list.
