The next time they ask, just respond "I have no guns". If you have none on your person at that time, that reply is a true statement. At some point over the last 10 years our kid’s pediatrician started asking if we own guns. This is during their annual check ups. She would tell us she doesn’t care either way but is required by law to ask. It’s none of their business and I would respond appropriately but respectfully. I have no idea what is done with that information, but I don’t trust the government.
Yep, that is basically the “appropriate” answer I referred to. Or simply “no” as in “no, I refuse to participate in your question”. They can interpret that as they wish. I probably should have made that more clear in my original post. The next time they ask, just respond "I have no guns". If you have none on your person at that time, that reply is a true statement.
You have to think like a Democrat politician, dont answer the question directly, give an answer to a question not asked.
"Security teams".Only off by 2 decimal points.
Israel Begins 'Massively Arming' Civilians, Will Hand Out 10,000 Rifles
As the war between Israel and its enemies escalates, Israel will be arming its civilians to defend their communities in the days to come.www.westernjournal.com
Ask them what law and ask for a print out of said law. You might get a different response. At some point over the last 10 years our kid’s pediatrician started asking if we own guns. This is during their annual check ups. She would tell us she doesn’t care either way but is required by law to ask. It’s none of their business and I would respond appropriately but respectfully. Horrific Attack In Israel Shows Critical Importance Of Second Amendment In America | David Hookstead
The killing of innocent Israeli civilians is a brutal and bloody reminder of the importance of the Second Amendment here in America.www.outkick.com
Never had a problem and I've recently visited my Doc as well as a Dermatologist. If I have my pants on I have a gun, simple as that. I set the holstered gun aside for my examination and reinstall it when the Doc is finished. I'm a paying customer there and If they want to have me trespassed I'll find another Doc. I'm not depending on some ill trained security guard (if they even have one) to assure my safety. I train regularly and when I was RSO at Range USA I witnessed three different "security" agencies training. Not an inspiring site is the best way to describe it.I like this site's position regarding that question.
"Remember when writing your complaint to be polite. Explain why you find the doctor’s or health plan’s behavior unacceptable. Include the powerful points we’ve discussed:
• Your doctor is professionally unqualified to give expert advice on firearms
• Your right to own firearms is a civil right that is none of your doctor’s business
• A doctor misusing his or her authority and trust to push a political agenda of gun control is an ethical boundary violation. Such unprofessional conduct is not acceptable."
Other than on-line checklists I have never been asked the question. If in person my immediate response is going to be, "why do you believe that is an appropriate question under the limits of medical ethics standards?"
Or people like @Kirk Freeman with enough German guns to issue one to every Ingo member.
