I clicked the link but the details were vague on the auction part. Are the promoters going to solicite the dealers there to put things into the auction? No-one will know ahead of time what will be auctioned off if that is the case. That would hurt attendance for the auction. hmmm...

Picked up a flyer at Shipshe. In the auction part it says:
Starts Sun at 4pm(a hour after show ends)
    $15 per consigned gun.

For the show, 200+ tables @ $50 each. Already past reseve date.
Free gun raffle for all attendees
You can get a half off coupon for the 2 museums.

From what I have heard, there were 2 shows scheduled in adjacent bulldings for this date. The guy who has put them on here for a while then pulled out. Gun Slingers is doing 2 more there this year.

I emailed the guy who's putting on the show. He said an auction list was to be up at the beginning of the wk. I can't find it. Also limited to 150 guns.

Went today, thought it was a pretty good show. Lots of guns to look at and not a ton of junk that you see at other shows. I think this was the first one at this location and they have another one in July.

There were only 20 some of the auction guns laid out to look at. All long guns. Nothing really jumped out. Didn't see a lost anywhere. Show was decent. Picked up a press. Some really good prices some high.

great show for a first at the location.I wish them the best of luck in establishing themselves in the area.As far as the auction goes i guess they will have more consignments between show closing and auction start. Also all firearms are no reserve auctions
