The National Media is already accusing the Hero for breaking the Greenwood Mall "No Gun" rule.
I hope they publish this far and wide, before they realize this doesn’t help their argument…

Really? At what age do we begin formal investigations of all persons who do not obtain driver licenses?
I've known Guy for several years. With that said it's on the 2A side (Statehouse, radio show, T2AP member, other related 2A stuff) not on the Law Office side. I don't ever remember him mentioning "who contacted whom" when it comes to legal representation.I wonder how he got connected to Guy? Did the armed samaritan call Guy or the other way around? Cases like this Guy may take to protect the guy and get the publicity? Any thoughts on this?
I took a stab at it.anyone bother to straighten him out?
They're claiming he was carrying in the mall illegally and they're demanding his immediate arrest by ATF, and FBI with Federal gun charges by the DoJ if Indiana refuses to toss him in the slammer without bail.I hope they publish this far and wide, before they realize this doesn’t help their argument…

And unless I'm mistaken, the person now representing our hero is the same person who basically wrote that civil immunity statute. This could be important when dead-beat parents want to sue for ending the dirtbag's life.
While it is very easy to file a lawsuit against anyone, Indiana law
provides complete civil immunity to a person who uses force (including
deadly force) if that force is justified under Indiana’s self-defense statute.
Ind. Code § 35-41-3-2. If a court determines a person who files a
lawsuit was committing a forcible felony or attempting to cause unlawful
serious bodily injury or death at the time justified force was used against
them in self-defense, the case will be dismissed. The original attacker
will be required to cover additional costs, including attorneys’ fees. This
law also applies to the family or estate of a person who is killed through
the justified use of force. Ind. Code § 34-30-31-1.
And it’s Pro bonoJust glad that Eli and Guy were able to hookup. I keep Guy's business card in my wallet next to my LTCH.

The Twitterverse is awash in these demands and wanting him doxed so they can exact their Social Justice Warrior Lynch Mob revenge on him to cancel him for life. If they have their way, he'll be fired from his job, expelled from any school he's in, and evicted from where he lives. They are RELENTLESS at this - pursuing him like Kyle Rittenhouse (and they're still pursuing Rittenhouse).Einstein was correct.
The difference between genius and stupidity is that genius has its limits.
I carry USCCA. Heaven forbid I should ever need to avail myself of the coverage, my first call will be to Guy.I wonder how he got connected to Guy? Did the armed samaritan call Guy or the other way around? Cases like this Guy may take to protect the guy and get the publicity? Any thoughts on this?
Well, that may be a data point in the "Open carry vs conceal carry" debate... Was the first victim chosen because he was open carrying, so the criminal wanted to get him out of the way?The first man shot had a handgun. According to this story he was taken by surprise walking into the restroom.
The story also says Elisjsah was taught to shoot "by his grandfather".Greenwood Park Mall mass shooting: First victim had a gun, no time to use it
One of the people shot to death by a gunman at Greenwood Park Mall Sunday was carrying a handgun that he never had a chance to pull, Greenwood Police Chief Jim Ison told WRTV.www.wrtv.com
Guy Relford posted that Elisjsah has retained his services and they won't be making any statements until the criminal investigation is complete.
Which proves they know he's not a murderer. The Twitterverse is awash in these demands and wanting him doxed so they can exact their Social Justice Warrior Lynch Mob revenge on him to cancel him for life. If he's from Seymour, he knows (of) Jim Lucas. If he knows Jim Lucas, I'm pretty sure he knows (of) Guy Relford.I've known Guy for several years. With that said it's on the 2A side (Statehouse, radio show, T2AP member, other related 2A stuff) not on the Law Office side. I don't ever remember him mentioning "who contacted whom" when it comes to legal representation.
The "Armed Samaritan" (I like that!) is from Seymour but it sounds like he's now in the Columbus area. That's close enough to here to know who Guy is and what he does.
How does the say go again, is it "All publicity is good publicity"?
