Top notch products from a top notch company making them in the good ol USA. I have several of them in my safe. Maybe a cost a little more than some other brands, but well worth the money.

You won't regret getting your kids one. I have several 22 pistols and a tacticool 10/22, but all my teenage nephews want to shoot is the Winchester pump and the Henry lever. There's just something about working those actions. They are quieter also due to the closed action firing.

I am seriously considering taking my son down to the 1500 and coming home with one for him.

My wife bought me a new H001 .22 for christmas at MC Sports and paid $279.00 thats the cheapest I have seen a new one sell for.I have heard that Walmart also has them from time to time.

Just so you know how much to expect for a new one.

I have also been looking at the Henry's. I really think one is in my future (I hope). I have looked at several and they all appeared to be fine firearms. I really like the fact they are made in the USA.
