    If someone would have fallen through the ICE the liability is directly on the shoulders of the officers that were there AND WERE EYE WITNESSES TO PEOPLE BEHAVING WRECKLESSLY AND DID ABSOLUTLY NOTHING.


    I'm not really sure I understand this reasoning. The cops had to do something (write tickets for no pfds) because

    So by writing the tickets they didn't do absolutely nothing thus absolving them from liability?:noway:
