I checked for a thread about this and didn't see one yet. Anyone going to the GOA convention this weekend? My son and I are down here now!

Check in process is a bit slow. To be expected for a new first year event. Hopefully next year they will mail out badges in advance like the NRA does.

It was a great first day! Met some Guntoobers, listened to some good panels on 2A rights, perparedness, active shootings, etc.

Now they are bringing in food trucks and everyone is chatting and doing some meet and greet type stuff. Having a concert here tonight too.

The exhibit hall is much smaller than the NRA meetings but I'm hoping the event will grow every year and bring in more vendors. It really has the potential to be great!

So with the vendors, are you able to purchase items like the NRA annual convention?
