There should be a very light film that fills the ellipse the line points to.

That is where the upper block on the barrel rides inside the slide.

Shooters521's gunsmithing did the trick. Took the G20 to the range on Sat. and worked like a charm. Thanks, Mark. If I ever have another problem with this firearm or any of the other Glocks, I will know who to turn to without hesitation.

Shooters521's the man when it comes to glocks.If I should have problems with my glock , I would consult with him before anyone else. I would make the 4 hr round trip to let him do his glock magic.

Glad I could be of assistance, but please don't confuse what I do - working on Glocks, ARs and the occasional AK variant - with "gunsmithing". Real gunsmiths are artists and miracle workers; I am not worthy of even carrying their toolboxes for them!
