That guy was looking for attention.

And, does glue REALLY work well on a dirty road?
    Most adhesives need surface preparation.
    No dirt or oils
Yeah he was playing it up for the camera, and the glue probably didn't work that well but from the reaction of the girl who had her hand pulled free first it appears it worked somewhat.

I read what was supposed to be a translation of what the officer said to the guy who was being a ham, it was paraphrased something like knock if off drama queen it's not that bad.

In all seriousness humanity would be better off if we gathered up all of these sorry POSs get some s*** hole country in Africa to donate itself and drop them all off there. With an agreement that they get no electricity no fossil fuels nothing. They'll die off quickly enough living a stone age existence and we'll all be better off for it.

Meh. Remove 'em with a bulldozer or snowplow. Give 'em a choice to get up and move or be shoved down the road and into a curb. MUCH more entertaining to watch.
    Mr. Prosser:
Do you know how much damage this bulldozer would sustain if I just let it roll over you?
    Arthur:
    How much?
    Mr. Prosser:
    None at all.
