Actually those are abandoned chinese cars near hangzhou china.
Below is a photo of french abandoned cars. They are Bollore cars and are only from Paris, not even from all of france.

Remember when they had those pieces of **** in Indianapolis? I think they wew called "Blue" or some such horse****. ****ed away all kinds of money on these and charging stations.

Those Blue Indy cars were also Italian Bollore cars. Ended up in the same place but not much was learned.
