I get this error when I click submit, and yes I entered my name into the "name" field.

No periods, dashes or the like. Letters only in any field.

I had that same problem and found it was the period when I put "Joshua M. Smith" that was causing the error.

I had left Company blank at first, and it was giving me a "Name" field error, so that may be it

No idea. I'm going off what the cereal boxes said when I was a kid, in small print:

Please allow 4-6 weeks for delivery.

I don't think it will be that long due to the email - they've already selected mine - but I always figure 4-6 weeks anyway.
