As opposed to what?Yup. It is the downside of having a legal system where the ultimate decision is made by a group of randos off the street.

Its a damn shame the Nazis missed that rotten ************.
Missed him! He was working for themIts a damn shame the Nazis missed that rotten ************.
Yes, but only because his local patron BSed them into believing he was NOT a Jew when he in fact was.Missed him! He was working for them
We’re not watching the same trial. The prosecution lawyers are capable and their case seem strong in comparison to Chauvin’s attorney. The defense has had a few questions not pan out like they wanted. The prosecution's entire strategy seems to revolve around manufacturing tears and "powerful moments" that will play well on social media. Why are jurors allowed to remain on the jury if they won't even watch evidence? Is there anyone who hasn't sobbed on the stand like they're going for an Emmy?
The legal system has been thoroughly clowned just like the rest of our society.
LolOne man's "downside" is the Founding Fathers' "upside."
We could use a man like Simon Wiesenthal againYes, but only because his local patron BSed them into believing he was NOT a Jew when he in fact was.
The fact that he worked in the process of rounding up other Jews and in an interview in the last 10 to 15 years called it the best time of his life eliminates any question of there being a special place in Hell for him.
Brick Outdoor pizza oven sounds goodMaybe I can at least get a free pallet of bricks to make a barbecue.
Didn't the girlfriend testify that they were both raging oxy addicts who had overdosed before? Didn't she also testify that his friend, who was with him the day he died, was their primary dealer? The prosecution basically proved already that he scored drugs that day, immediately got blitzed, and OD'd.We’re not watching the same trial. I would hope they were capable. They are supposedly the top private lawyers the .gov could hire. We’re not watching the same trial. The prosecution lawyers are capable and their case seem strong in comparison to Chauvin’s attorney. The defense has had a few questions not pan out like they wanted.
Of course. The .gov is committed to sacrificing Chauvin to Molech, guilty or not.I would hope they were capable. They are supposedly the top private lawyers the .gov could hire.
That was before he hid the drugs inside himself, was it not?The video of Floyd in the store sure doesn't look like a dude with a fatal overdose.

My understanding of the timeline is that he ingested the drugs prior to going in the store. He did not do them when being confronted by the store manager. That was before he hid the drugs inside himself, was it not?
How quickly do the drugs take affect? That was before he hid the drugs inside himself, was it not?
He took some earlier, then apparently took more after the police arrived. My understanding of the timeline is that he ingested the drugs prior to going in the store. He did not do them when being confronted by the store manager.
Maybe he did them in the presence of the police, but I don't think the body camera footage showed anything like that.
“While they were in the car, Mr. Floyd consumed what they thought to be two Percocet pills,” Nelson said, referring to Hill and another friend, Maurice Hall.
Chauvin’s defense argued Floyd put drugs in his mouth in an effort to conceal them from police.
An autopsy later found fentanyl and methamphetamine — a narcotic concoction known as a “speedball” — in Floyd’s system, Nelson said.
“The evidence will show that when confronted by police, Mr. Floyd put drugs in his mouth in an effort to conceal them from police,” the lawyer said.
