This is false.
This is false.
Guilty of what? There are three charges. And aren’t you setting up a convenient binary? First, you left out the other possibility, reasonable doubt. With this case, if you give a firm yea or no, I think you’re reaching the conclusion for biased reasons. At the end of the day it comes down to this for me; would Floyd still be alive if the incident with the officers hadn’t occurred if you say “no” Chauvin walks. If you say “yes” Chauvin is guilty.
Philando Castile happened before last summer’s riots and the violent radicalization of BLM/Antifa groups. There have already been attempts to intimidate jurors. And yet plenty of people have walked in Blue states. Philando Castile for instance. History does not support your premise.
Maybe that is what he meant - I falsely underestimated the extent of the damages.
Seems kinda true..............

If the trial were happening in the world that existed immediately after Castile I’d never think much of it. I think Kut is sheltered from the reality of the radical activists. It’s an astonishing denial after living through all that’s happened. Living near Louisville and the things some local activists could get away with saying, the open threats, but especially the violent acts committed all around the city.

Y'all are kiddin' urselves. This guy is gonna be convicted cuz too many careers are on the line.
I don't really agree with the notion that there are blue States and red States. I think there are red States and blue citiesThis is the reason I really suspect that this jury can’t render any verdict that acquits Chauvin. I don’t think it’s possible in any Blue state to get a fair trial for a case like this. Too many woke activists willing to commit terrorism for the cause.
Maybe there are some careers on the line. The primary reason is that the woke mob will demand it. The press, of course, is part of the woke mob.Once again....
It pisses me that Louisville has been left to the BLM. The downtown and waterfront areas are just not safe for white folks. My wife and I used to enjoy Louisville for many years. Now it's just not worth the risk.If the trial were happening in the world that existed immediately after Castile I’d never think much of it. But people sympathetic to the left seem blind to it. A coworker insisted the protests were all peaceful even thought the aftermath clearly said something else.
Kalifornia is a blue state because there aren’t enough rural people to overcome the population in the city. Another reason might be that also in what I would call Blue states, there are a higher portion of Democrats in the suburbs and even rural areas (nit necessarily a majority) than in “Red” states.I don't really agree with the notion that there are blue States and red States. Yeah I wasn't clear enough. I'm thinking in the context of juries and trials. Trials in rural areas where they select from the peers I think would have different results the trial selected in the cities that usually swing the vote of the state blueKalifornia is a blue state because there aren’t enough rural people to overcome the population in the city. Eh, it’s not that bad during the day anymore. During the riots we avoided anything downtown. But now it’s pretty much okay, depending on where you go. My wife and I like to cycle along both sides of the Ohio River, and feel pretty safe doing it. But after 6PM no ****ing way. And even before 6PM we don’t go west of 3rd street on the Louisville side.It pisses me that Louisville has been left to the BLM. The downtown and waterfront areas are just not safe for white folks. I dunno. I kinda think in Minnesota BLM/Antifa thugs would go out in the rural areas to do whatever they do. If Chauvin is acquitted you can bet the jurors will be doxxed, and they’d be doxxed no matter where they lived. I think it would be harder for BLM/Antifa to operate in the more rural states. Hold that trial in Wyoming and BLM/Antifa probably ain’t gonna get much traction.Yeah I wasn't clear enough. I'm thinking in the context of juries and trials. Probably to your satisfaction but that’s not at all been “cleared”. It’s only helped to establish reasonable doubt. And the trial is not over.Expert testimony in court has already cleared the officer of having his knee on his neck, and that Floyd's death was from drugs in his system. This case should be over and the officers reinstated. No neck trauma at all according to testimony. Bruises on shoulders where he had his knee not on his neck.
So the coroner's testimony the chiefs testimony and other expert testimony mean nothing? I guess crying and saying how evil the police are is more compelling?Probably to your satisfaction but that’s not at all been “cleared”. It’s only helped to establish reasonable doubt. And the trial is not over.
This kinda sounds like you have been listening to right wing sources calling the trial, a lot like those listening to left wing commenters calling the trial. They think the prosecution has it in the bag.So the coroner's testimony the chiefs testimony and other expert testimony mean nothing? I don't think they would have the best luck in rural Minnesota.I dunno. I kinda think in Minnesota BLM/Antifa thugs would go out in the rural areas to do whatever they do. I don't listen much I read a lot. I read where he said that there were no bruises on his neck just his shoulders where the officer had his knee. That was stated. It was also stated he died of od.This kinda sounds like you have been listening to right wing sources calling the trial, a lot like those listening to left wing commenters calling the trial. But if you’ve been watching the testimony, it’s not as clear as you seem to think. The coroner did not say that Floyd’s death was caused by Drugs, and not Chauvin’s actions. What he said does no more than establish what I think is a reasonable doubt.
