She should have bought a much bigger house. The clueless will always send more money. Then maybe she (the BLM leader) should move somewhere else. So that those funds would be used for better purposes.

Kind of like a big screen TV or a pair of Nikes. I think the woke term is “reparations”.So, it's petty theft so it is less reprehensible/corrupt?
Never said that, it might not be theft/corruption at all. But there is a good likely hood it is. It could have been paid for with her salary, or who knows it could have been paid with funds from the organization like a certain someones suits shall we say?So, it's petty theft so it is less reprehensible/corrupt?
That post was mainly tongue in cheek. But seriously, her taking that money for a house is probably better for the country and the neighborhoods it would have been used in to set up "protests" in. Heck that 1.4 million she spent on the house may have saved at least 10x that in looting, destroyed property, arson, etc. Doesn't make her any less of a most likely corrupt ****waffle. Then maybe she (the BLM leader) should move somewhere else. So that those funds would be used for better purposes.
See my response to Act just above, it may have been better for the country if she had.She should have bought a much bigger house. The clueless will always send more money.
BLM founder buys 1.4 million dollar home.
I'm sure the various donors will be happy their money was well spent.
You can't loot for a house. Just stuff to put in it,Kind of like a big screen TV or a pair of Nikes. I think the woke term is “reparations”.
Is it bad that I like that, and really really want it?
So it’s not a reasonable doubt? Dude, this case has reasonable doubt all over it in terms of cause of death. Not so fast, Jamil. People don’t just take fentanyl, or any lethal dose of a drug, and fall over and die. Autopsies don’t list “bullets” as the cause of death. They are specific as to exactly what happens to the body that causes death. Obviously those reasons differ from case to case. If it’s indicated the the bodily functions the fentanyl affected was severe enough to cause death, you have an argument. If you don’t, then that’s problematic.
Not from what I’ve seen. The prosecution only need make it clear that Chauvin’s actions contributed to Floyd’s death, not that he was solely responsible,So it’s not a reasonable doubt? Dude, this case has reasonable doubt all over it in terms of cause of death.

No, because the officer wasn’t violating use of force policy during the interaction. When bad actions lead to someone getting hurt or killed, then there’s a problem. So if a police officer pulling you over caused you to have a heart attack in fear and die, the officer would be on the hook for murder and/or manslaughter?

If I go into a store and buy a drink, and one of patrons dies out of fear, that’s not my problem. If I rob the store and that person dies, due to a fear induced stress in their heart, then I’m on the hook for that.
That’s what I would think to make the charge stick. So the prosecution needs to prove Chauvin both contributed to Floyd's death AND was violating use of force policy in the process.
If I was stuck in Minneapolis, I would be spending less time watching the dog and pony show and more time setting trip wires, securing a perimeter, and preparing defense against the inevitable excuse to burn, loot, and murder.
I figured you would already have done that wherever you live. Kinda disappointed in BigRed.If I was stuck in Minneapolis, I would be spending less time watching the dog and pony show and more time setting trip wires, securing a perimeter, and preparing defense against the inevitable excuse to burn, loot, and murder.
