We went through a natural disaster in Texas, many years ago. The first light, the next morning, Governor George W. Bush had the Texas National Guard's truckloads of water in town, as well as, other aid. Local and state resources should be the first rescuers to show. In the best of times FEMA wasn't Johnny on the spot. I'm not making excuses for FEMA. FEMA looks totally mismanaged and misled. The Army Corps of Engineers should have been working in the affected areas for a long time ago too. It looks like if volunteers and people like Elon Musk and Dolly Parton weren't providing communication systems and help, things would actually be much worse

The North Carolina Governor, Roy Cooper, is a Democrat working in collusion with them to disenfranchise everyone in North Carolina's hurricane disaster area.
