Just got my 24-25 stamp in the mail this morning. Mine was delivered stuck to an envelope, inside of a larger envelope. Anyone else ever experienced this?

where did you order this? I’ve not seen it before. it looks like something that was intentional and not meant to be a surprise

So I figured it out. Apparently it’s a specialty collector thing they do. I ordered it off the USPS website. The real kick in the pills is I payed 10 extra dollars for them to stick it to an envelope.
