Fast food customer service

You guys should move further south!! Not that bad down here in Evansville. Some are very good and some are so so. There's a few that suck horribly. I usually go to taverns for lunch. Better food.

My favorite is when you go to the counter and order about 4-5 items. After completing the register, they will look at the order and go grab 1 item. Then they look at the screen again. It's amazing how many of them can't remember to grab a couple sandwiches and fry in one trip.

Let me preface this minor rant by mentioning that I managed a fast food restaurant for several years (many years ago). I understand the issues, between work ethic, qualified labor, etc. in an unskilled, low-paying job like burger flipping.

I won't argue that!

At the same time, I'll never look down my nose at someone working to support themselves, regardless of the job. Unfortunately, fast food jobs are loaded with kids who have no work ethic.

Can't complain about THIS taco bell fast food schlepper... listen to the song YOURSELF and try to 'take their order'. Then, listen to the taco bell guy repeat it back....
