In regards to the OP perhaps INGO should follow the annointed ones example and appoint some halfwit that has a long history of radical crimminal behavior or is unable to pay their taxes as the INGO smiley czar.

I believe somewhere on utube there is a video tutorial for the red dot brigade on how to remove the stick from their rectal orifice.

However most I've come across seem to have their sticks lodged firmly and appear to have zero interest in removing it since it is typically the only spine they have.
