Because there is no objective reality, science and math are no more relevant or correct than tribal superstitions and interpretive dance. All "ways of knowing" are equally constructed.

Of course, you cannot rain dance your way to a delta-v calculation for your Mars probe, but the kind of people who believe this stuff don't see much value in such frivolous white male pursuits as engineering and space exploration. That's all just wasting money that should be spent on themselves and their various squishy cultural nonsense studies. I mean they think the concept of money is just a pretend idea invented by white colonizers to oppress and exploit tribal peoples of color, who lived in communal societies and simply gave each other whatever they needed for free. They'd reject the entire construct of being expected to "pay" for a Big Mac with "money".
