Given the drop in prosecutions for violating fed. gun laws, under obama, he might get a pass if he was a drug dealing gang member or armed robber but being a wise guy mocking the left's anti-gun agenda, he's going to need a bunch of good lawyers.

In my opinion the phrase "dumb buyback" is an oxymoron.
