I've been led to believe that vaccines are more dangerous...
I would not touch either.

Can you assure me by putting your life on the table that there will never be a victim due to someones use of dang near anything? That’s not what is being discussed. We are talking buying and using And the claim that it’s a victimless crime. My take is there is at least a single scenario out there where a druggie obtains pot and as a result there is a victim due to the crime. Can you assure me by putting your life on the table that there will never be a victim due to someones use of pot?
Yeah, Im not sure he realizes he's using the same flawed logic as gun grabbers. Can you assure me by putting your life on the table that there will never be a victim due to someones use of dang near anything?
Again are we really comparing a constitutionally guaranteed right to a fools choice to do drugs? Also you claimed pot is a victimless crime. My point is that there is a scenario where having the ability to acquire pot could end up in having a victim. With that you can’t claim that drug use is victimless. Not once have I ever claimed that the use of a gun is victimless. It definitely isn’t illegal in many circumstances and ownership is constitutionally guaranteed.can you assure me by putting your life on the table that there will never be a victim due to someone's use or possession of a gun?
No, so that goes to my point that using pot is not a clear cut 100% victimless crime. Can you assure me by putting your life on the table that there will never be a victim due to someones use of dang near anything?
Fine, snip "gun", insert "alcohol" or "automobile". Neither Constitutionally guaranteed. It may not be legal, but it is constitutionally guaranteed…
Actually it goes against your point. How is someone using/buying pot different than someone using/buying a hammer or anything else? Both can end up with victims. I grow some plants in my basement, dry, and smoke them vs I go buy a nice 20oz framing hammer and bash my neighbors head in because I don't like the color they did their house in. (Both are simply examples I have no intent on doing either, and don't mind my neighbors house colors(well except the one but it was like it before they bought it so...)) which has a victim? No, so that goes to my point that using pot is not a clear cut 100% victimless crime.
IMO worse than that, same logic of the nanny state supporters which the gun grabbers are just a portion of them. Like hot rods? Well they burn too much fuel, are too bad for the environment, and just too dang dangerous. And that is just the very low hanging fruit.Yeah, Im not sure he realizes he's using the same flawed logic as gun grabbers.
What does the dealer do with the money? No, so that goes to my point that using pot is not a clear cut 100% victimless crime.
Puppies. You gotta like puppies.Name pretty much anything I can come up with a reason against it.
Or paying his rent, or his light bill, or putting food on his table. I'll grant you there are legal ways to do that for most. What does the dealer do with the money?
He is enabling other criminal activity
Puppies+time+Mailman=victimPuppies. You gotta like puppies.
Yep, I like puppies. Ever hear of a stolen puppy? Puppy chow mein? How about all the innocent critters puppies kill? People attacked by puppies. Puppies crapping on peoples lawns? All of which have a victim.Puppies. You gotta like puppies.
Meh. Our mailman drives a delivery vehicle. If he gets attacked by a dog, that's one impressive dog!Puppies+time+Mailman=victim
I don't think we can be friends anymore.Yep, I like puppies. Ever hear of a stolen puppy? Puppy chow mein? How about all the innocent critters puppies kill? People attacked by puppies. Puppies crapping on peoples lawns? All of which have a victim.
Puppies are bad and should be banned. I'm sure at least a few of the wildlife around me would agree.
Man, you sure make a hell of a lot of negative assumptions. You assume EVERYONE does the worst thing possible always? What does the dealer do with the money?

That has been my observation. Argue to the extremes.Man, you sure make a hell of a lot of negative assumptions. You assume EVERYONE does the worst thing possible always?
Wait I like puppies. I'm just enlightened enough that I realize that puppies are bad and should be banned, just like all progressive logical thinkers think. Are you saying you are not a progressive logical thinker? Perhaps I should call the rainbow shirts and let them know.
Me after confronting the rainbow shirts...Wait I like puppies. I'm just enlightened enough that I realize that puppies are bad and should be banned, just like all progressive logical thinkers think.
