DIY Gunsmithing help......

So I attempted to try and take apart my EIG Model E15 22 single action revolver so that I could clean it really well.....well I am in over my head and am in need of help to put this back together...anyone around the Muncie area that can help?

What stage of re-assembly are you in?

Stuck in dissaembly. I cannot get one of the screws out to detach the action from the frame. I thought maybe put it back together and find a manual then try again, now I cannot get the pins that hold the trigger, hammer assembly back into the right place so that the mechanism functions properly.

what kind of screwdriver are you using? have you tried heat and kroil?

what are slave pins? just using a small slotted screw driver.

slave pins hold parts together nied up while you put thr actual pin through....

Especially about the screw drivers. The tools for precision smithing are the keys to the safe my friend. Id recommend some "intro to gunsmithing" videos on YouTube. Good luck keep us posted.
