Just like Milk is a gateway drug. Every one I know who drinks, started with Milk.Mary Jane is a gateway to legal prostitution? First time I've heard that claim before.

I don' tknow how you even argue that this is a done issue, I just wish there was a way to keep the under 21 away from it, I do believe it stunts brain growth, the younger you start the more damage it does, same as alcohol and every other drug out there
Normally I’d disagree with you but, eh, I can’t say I disagree with that.I want freedom specifically for the stuff I like and approve of.
Glocks are hereby banned.
Not me. Alcohol’s legality and wide availability hasn’t influenced me to imbibe. There is zero draw to try MJ just because it becomes legal. If it was legalized, I’d try it again, at least a couple times. I tried a few times back in high school. I’ve always been very unlucky when it comes to breaking the law so I haven’t tried it since. I am very curious about gummies though.
For the record, I don’t drink, don’t take any drugs beyond what my Dr. prescribes and I only want to try it purely out of curiosity.
If it was ever up for a vote, I’d also vote to allow it although I’m not sure I want to see Bud’s Budz shop open down on the corner!

My very limited understanding of the case is that the pharmacies were knowingly filling multiple scripts for the same opioid written by multiple doctors for the same patients. How can they be held to this if they followed all or even most of their regulations?
If true then that is a problem. My drug store knows exactly what they have given me and when I am allowed to have a refill. Now a different pharmacy will likely not know.My very limited understanding of the case is that the pharmacies were knowingly filling multiple scripts for the same opioid written by multiple doctors for the same patients.
The little 5mg gummies help you sleep very well. But I dont know anything about that....Based upon my research , pot does not clear my system for about 3 days, the hangover effects are reduced energy level and diminished ambition. It makes my life less than what it was before.
Medically it can do wonders when I have a headache or stomach ache and a friend tells me it very much helps with menstrual cramps.
I don't care if they legalize it.
The draw has nothing to do with it’s legality. I just know if I was to acquire some now, the legal system would be on my butt in a matter of minutes. That’s just how my life has been. Only thing I have ever gotten away with is my lead foot! Not me. Alcohol’s legality and wide availability hasn’t influenced me to imbibe. There is zero draw to try MJ just because it becomes legal.
Nowadays they just might, I think they are all hooked together through the computers. If true then that is a problem. My drug store knows exactly what they have given me and when I am allowed to have a refill. Now a different pharmacy will likely not know.
let me know when you find that 19 year old......I wanna be next.I don't think purple is necessary and for one of the few times in my life I agree with Democrats on something. Pot, prostitution and all manner of other victimless crimes should not be made illegal by government.
If I want to smoke a joint and sell my body for sex to some 19 year old hard body girl with daddy issues, why should that be illegal?
I don't know how the pharmacies could be held responsible unless the prescriptions were fraudulent, and they reasonably should have known that they were fraudulent. Seems like they'd go after the doctors that allegedly wrote the prescriptions.
Some law enforcement will be cast in new jobs for MJ "revenoors".
Uhhh, 29 states made marijuana illegal between 1916 and 1931, and then in 1937 weed was essentially banned nationwide by the Marihuana Tax Act of 1937It wasn’t until The chemical and pharmaceutical industry got involved that caused the illegalities. It’s a plant that is literally a weed that can grow just about anywhere even with no help from a grower. This is direct competition with their sales. So of course they would pay to have it made illegal.
