The bosses new card arrived in the mail today.Three months for an address change and still no card...

Pending ISP Approval - 3/16
Just out of curiosity, did anyone else get a printoff of their application from their local agency? I remember putting in my city/state of birth for example but the printout only shows the state - has anyone else seen this?
Is there a process to set up an appointment at the CCB? I hadn’t seen anything.Lifetime LTCH (Marion County resident)

Update...Did the local appointment and the process was to pay local fee ($50), thumb and index on both hands printed (why can't they just use the identogo prints is beyond me) and fill out an info card (name, address etc.). After this I was told if I cleared two background checks a card would be mailed out. This final process could take six weeks. I know there will be no fees in the future but I had an application in process and still had to pay.Lifetime LTCH (Marion County resident)
