Throw out all the stats this time of year.
Whoever wants it the most will take it.
One thing this year has shown is no team is invinceable. "Any given Sunday" fits just fine.
This seems to be true.

I agree with your earlier statement. They will put points on us. Not sure who will show up on our offense.
Early chatter from the talking heads not giving Indy much of a chance against KC. I don’t think they’re entirely wrong, I don’t think we’ll win either but I definitely don’t think it will be a blowout. Defense with the most sacks going against the offense that gave up the least amount of sacks, something’s gotta give.
Colts are #3 in rushing, while KC is #27 on run defense, so there are a number of things that can happen.
This is crazy. Who would have ever thought the Colts would be even in the top 10 in rushing.

You should have known. You called the Grigson/Pagano fallacy almost 3 years ago best I remember. It took me a while to agree with you on Pagano but I came around. Grigson was always a poser and loser.
I would think IF Pagano were to get another chance somewhere, they would need to have a seriously good Offensive Coordinator doing the play calling. I think he might be ok with the organizational portion of the job but I think he just isn't good under pressure. Kinda like the Bears kicker...is he still employed by the bears at this point? The team just would not play for them.
Word is Pagono is interviewing. I can not even imagine him getting another shot.

Pagano AND Caldwell at Green Bay I believe. Whodathunk GB was in that much hurt?
While I like where we are now, I think Caldwell got a raw deal. When a team is built completely around one player, and that player isn't playing, you can pretty much expect to be a cellar dweller.

Omg... I’m about to agree with Kut.
Caldwell helped Dungy build that team and even lead them to the Super Bowl his first season as head coach. Peyton’s departure required a from the ground up rebuild, but Caldwell should have had more time IMO.

As a Packer fan by DNA (both parents born in WI), I can't imagine them being that desperate. I hope not, at least. But then again, they fired McCarthy MID YEAR like a bunch of doofuses. Who knows what this new GM (Gutekunst) and his guys will destroy before new leadership lands on the Frozen Tundra.
One thing's for sure: The legacy of Aaron Rodgers will now be that of "what if he hadn't played at the end with such a poor O-line and no real pass defense?"
Sad to see his potential get squandered. I think he's better than Favre, but he'll never get his due now.
