I might have to change the channel. I was a tried and true Raiders fan long before the "B" Colts snuck into town under the cover of darkness oh so long ago. I am torn here. But smiling.
Right on queue, Luck to Ebron. 21-21.
I was too CM... had a Raiders knit cap from the time I was a kid until I was in my 20's. Well, actually I was torn between them and the Vikings in the Tarkenton era...
My Uncles introduced me to the Raiders. They were mean. They were dirty. They were feared. I loved them.
Dammit... our D is definitely the weaker link today.
I remember when George Blanda (Raiders) was the "old man" kicker in the NFL... And now we've got Vinaiteri.
Man. Anybody trust this D to make a stop late?
Need a win to save the season, if not we slip into complete abscurity.
My dad loved Kentucky football and was a huge Blanda fan.
I had to watch all the Blanda games when possible. I was usually the "rabbit ear turner" contortionist and also held many antenna on the old Zenith tube shelf radio.
Dad and I saw Blanda's last game when he was 48 yrs old.
Dad also loved watching Lou Michaels and Lou the toe Groza.
Some of those balls are catchable.
This team has already shown me more than I expected.Need a win to save the season, if not we slip into complete abscurity.
I doubt AV hangs around until he's 48, but I bet he could if he wanted to.
