Cleaning Silencerco Sparrow

If I am not mistaken, the Sparrow has SS clamshells but the monocore is aluminum.

Be careful how long you leave the monocore in an ultrasonic.
An ultrasonic can eat through aluminum foil in minutes...it may pit the monocore if you leave it in too long.

They used to be aluminium, so @STFU was correct. They've switched over to SS now. But the Breakthrough cleaner is the best I've used. Makes shot out cans look new.

Ya pays ya money and ya takes ya chances. Got this from the internet.
"Don't mix hydrogen peroxide and vinegar together in the same mixture. This can create peracetic acid, which may be toxic and can irritate your throat and lungs, eyes and skin."
It also should be disposed of properly because afterwards you'll have a mixture of peracetic acid and lead.
