    My dad had one of these.
    Mowed a lot of road sides with ours, made by the company that made tools for Ford. That was back when wife and I had his and hers ford N’s. For the life of me I can’t remember the name. It wasn’t ford. Had the breakaway wood shaft, in case you hit a rock.

    What color was it? There were several old ones that had that shaft I believe was called a pittman arm.

    I believe ford red. It was the fellow that was in business with Ford I believe. He went on his own after a bit. Possibly the Fordson guy. If you said his name I would remember.
