    You aren't trying just ingo/ like you typed above are you? Just for grins, have you tried both ingunowners.com and indianagunowners.com?

    I assumed he was paraphrasing since his ping tests used the correct URL. Also, while indianagunowners.com does work, all of our links are keyed off of ingunowners.com and is therefore the best URL to use when accessing the site.

    Hey, nothing else was working for him so I thought I would reach a little bit. lol. I've seen weirder things happen with DNS issues, like having to type out the entire address ie: http:// www. randomwebsite . com and that working when just randomwebsite.com did not..

    Sounds about right. The DSLAM is the equipment at the other end of your DSL modem. It's not uncommon for even third-tier support to not know anything about local maintenance that may affect your service, but they still should have been able to run some circuit tests that would show something was wrong.
