damn, youre right. My apologies. I forgot that tid bit.

I don't think it's a DNS caching issue as INGO (at least) is clearly resolving correctly. I'd be thinking that it's a broken transparent proxy on Frontier's network, but we've got lots of Frontier members onboard and none of them have issues. Clearly they're not filtering all traffic, but TCP/80 seems to be be blackholed somewhere.

Do you have any new software on your computer that might be inspecting or filtering web traffic? Norton Internet Security or anything like that? If so, can you shut it off temporarily?

I had norton uninstalled it thinking the same thing
it's not just this computer the rest of the ones hooked the the router do the same thing so i dont think it's a program or malware if it was i wouldnt think all the ones hit the same time just to be sure so i pulled out a old laptop i havent used in a few years hooked it up same thing
kinda rules out os on my end ?

The fact that you can't get to several major sites, including Yahoo Mail, indicates that the problem must be either on your local network (such as your Cable/DSL router or modem, software on your PC, etc.) or your ISP has something jacked up on their network. It seems very unlikely that each of the remote networks have you blacklisted on a bogon list.
