Beef sharp?

Actually it was sharpened by beef and it was stupid dull lol. with blade and the ganza's I just chalked it up to one slipping through. Not a big deal to me as I am good with sharpening but if it was a new customer who wasn't great at sharpening being disappointed for sure. Usually beef's on point with the sharpening.
