There are at least a dozen threads on it, if you go to the search and type in BW3, Buffalo Wild Wings, BDUBS, you will get lot of hits.

To sum it up, corporate policy is against firearms, some locations will ignore it, some don't, and those that enforce policy, are pretty adamant on it. Here is one of the threads from not too long ago.

ETA Actually I will just give you you a whole bunch, you can read till you drop :D

Well first read the "If you are asked to leave, do you have to pay" thread,

Then CC behind a coat, then order, then eat HALF of your meal, then remove the coat, and have it positioned so that it faces staff.

Then post your results. Tell us if they or the police made you pay :D

Service, yea, but I do like the wings. But the wings at Wingstop ( Don't know if there is a Wingstop in Indiana though ) and Hooters are fine too, and I heard of another place on here called the Tilted Kilt (Never been there), which I imagine has comparable wings? So there are other options I guess.

But I did go with a big group once, and it took well over an hour to get our food. Terrible service.

Hooters is crap, imho... Tilted Kilt, however, is amazing and they're pro-gun (or, at least, definitely not anti-gun).

I refuse to eat or spend money period at any business that has a corporate policy or an individual store by store policy that doesn't allow legal carry of firearms. If they don't want to abide by the RIGHTS of FREE AMERICAN CITIZENS then they don't get any of our money. I did go to Bdubs a few times and I carried but it was a couple of years ago, they weren't, to my knowledge at the time, anti 2nd and their service and food sucked anyway.

just wondering what happens if you carry in a business such as bw3 that doesn't allow it. is there any kind of criminal penalty, or just ask you to leave?

Problems with this: BW3 isn't a business that "doesn't allow it", read the other 14 threads on BW3. Franchises, owners can put up a sign if they want, signs mean nothing in Indiana. They ask you to leave, you leave, or you trespass.

They just ask you to leave, if you do not comply then you are criminal trespassing.
