I've purchased supplies from them in the past but lately they're not even meeting expectations. My latest order for example the packing slip showed the order was complete, but it was missing the one critical item I was looking for. I called them and after much to do, they shipped out a replacement for something that wasn't shipped in the first place. That same order, I ordered some bore wipes for the 45-70 a package of 15, only 14 were included in the package, I used their website to contact them about the being shorted one complete unit and no response. I've reached out to them about another question through their contact us website and again no response.

My question is has anyone experienced poor customer service from them.

I have bought a lot of stuff from them. I've never had any issues and this is the first time I've ever heard of anybody having problems with them. That's not a good look for them

Same here, no issues, but that's been a while.

Bad customer service has a way of sticking around.
