buddy needs money, selling me his gun, did i get ripped off

My buddy is selling me his mint GLOCK 27 with nite sights & 2 mags, 4 boxes of FMJ (200 rounds) & one box of HP (50 rounds) he's also throwing in a AR-15 30 round mag for $400. How bad am I getting ripped-off

My buddy only shot 2 boxes of ammo out of the gun that's only 100 rounds

The good thing is that you can get a good trade in for it on a 1911.
