I ain't letting a little blizzard get in my way. I seared a couple of pot roasts over 600* then into a dutch oven with beef stock, Worcestershire & a bit of red wine. I'll throw the potatoes & carrots in an hour before it's done.

Did my BBQ yesterday, having leftovers today. I think that smoker I got from you phylodog is the best thing I ever bought on INGO. It definitely gets a good workout.
